About Us
Renee S. Suss, a board certified behavior analyst, is the founder of L2L Consulting. She has been working with children diagnosed with autism and other related language disorders since 1999.
Earning her Master's in teaching
from Goucher College in Towson, Maryland, Renee concurrently recieved her certification as a special education teacher. She later pursued her certification as a board certified behavior analyst from the University of North Texas.
Renee Suss began working in the autism field as a teacher, writing Individual Educational Programs (IEP), designing functional curriculum, implementing community-based instruction and most importantly working directly with the children in a self-contained TEACCH model classroom.
Most recently, Renee Suss served as the Director of Consultative Services at Trellis Services, Inc., in Baltimore, Maryland. During her tenure there, she wrote a manual to implement verbal behavior programs. Ms. Suss also developed a training program, created video modules, and held workshops for the community.
