The 1st Monday of each Month @12:00 PST 

Join us to cultivate, deepen and grow our own self-care skills with Love 2 Learn's Mindful Consultant, Shimila Keenum LCSW, Registered Nurse and Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist. Taking care of ourselves leads to being better clinicians, partners, friends, community members and parents.

Scientific studies have found that mindfulness results in many beneficial, measurable changes including: Awareness of one’s self care-care as a person and as a parent. Improved regulation of emotions Improved wellbeing Increased empathy and compassion Decreased stress and anxiety Increased patience, gratitude, and body awareness.
