Speaker Series | How to Manage a Multi-Level Team without Wasting Time & Energy
Time & Location
About The Event
Please join us while we discuss the most effecient ways to manage a multi-level team! This Speaker Series allows you to earn 2 CEUs.
One of the top complaints about career “growing pains” in the ABA field is frustration related to managing staff. Interpersonal relationships within teams are often strained and we are at a loss on how to fix the issues. Even with a team of individually strong clinicians, without cohesion among staff, we struggle in delivering the best possible outcome for our clients. What many do not realize is that management has little to do with getting staff to comply to company objectives and more to do with supporting each person to successfully complete their job duties. During this event, we will discuss ways to identify the root causes of interpersonal issues and set you up to improve team cohesion to ensure success for your clients and your teams. We will explore ways to increase your efficiency in successfully managing your staff. And finally, we will take real-life scenarios and work together towards a solution with actionable steps.
A light healthy lunch is provided following the event for all who RSVP.
If you are unable to make it to HB but would like to Zoom in, all will be sent a link prior to event.
This workshop is open to ABA professionals and provided compliments of Love 2 Learn.

Joanna Lyones, BCBA
Leadership Coaching Advisor
Joanna Lyones is the founder of Upspire Leadership. She's worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for years and found a huge need for leadership skills training across agencies.
Her outlook is "As clinicians, we spend years in school to gain the education we need for our profession, often while simultaneously working in the field long hours to gain experience. We get our degrees/certifications/licenses and get so good at our jobs that we get promoted into management.
Problem is...NO ONE taught us how to manage. We are left to trying to figure it out on our own, and it doesn't end well. We get burnt out and feel like we are failing at our jobs.
BUT, turns out, we just needed leadership training all along! We needed intensive training with effective guidance to create THRIVING clinical work environments."
She created Upspire Leadership to teach clinicians powerful leadership skills. This distinct program utilizes a process called Power Precision Tuning paired with applicable action steps so you can get results right away.
Joanna's desire is to eliminate difficult work cultures in clinical settings across the globe by rising up clinicians into Upspire Leaders who confidently step into their personal power and lead effectively.
