Renee Keisman, MAT, BCBA
Founder & CEO
Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Love 2 Learn Consulting, Renee Suss Keisman founded Love 2 Learn in 2008 with the intention of helping out just a few families in the area. However, Love 2 Learn grew into a multidisciplinary practice of ABA, ST and OT to reach over 300 families yearly across numerous regions in Southern California over the last 12 years. Love 2 Learn has been recognized as Orange County Register’s Top Places to Work for 4 years in a row 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2020. We were honored to be a recipient of a Staff Satisfaction award from the BHCOE in 2018. Our culture has matured in the last decade to attract and maintain a team that believes in reliability, a commitment to excellence, high ethical standards and a warm relational experience for all.

Assuring our teams have access to high quality mentorship as a means for personal and professional development is a priority. Over the last two years Love 2 Learn has adopted the EOS model to support all to lead, manage and hold each other accountable in a way that engages all. Clinically, over the last 2 years Love 2 Learn has and continues to focus its ongoing studies in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compliance, Routine Based Intervention, and the Denver Early Start Model.
Kennedy Krieger Institute is where Renee obtained her initial training in the role of a Special Education Teacher back in 1998. She completed her Behavior Analytic coursework from the University of North Texas and earned her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2007. After assisting Dr. Kathy Niager and team in growing a clinic and private practice for Trellis Services, Renee relocated with her family to the west coast in 2008, and founded Love 2 Learn Consulting with the goal of providing naturalistic and motivationally based clinical services in Applied Behavior Services. The need for quality services continues to push Love 2 Learn to expand both geographically and clinically. Renee has a passion to create experiences for staff, families and learners that nourishes at multiple levels.
Developing New Programs and sharing what she has learned in Leadership and Applied Behavior Analysis is at the top of Renee’s favorite things to do. She has presented at state and national conferences on various subjects such as Verbal Behavior, Staff Training, Data Collections, and Community Based Instruction to just name a few. When she isn’t working she is making memories with her husband and daughter. Feeling connected to nature, music, creativity, dance and learning keeps Renee feeling her best.

Destini Kulik MA, BCBA, LBA
Chief Operating Officer
Destini was an undergraduate at the University of Southern California where her fascination with behavior began when she took a Behavioral Neuroscience class and Interpersonal Relationships class and realized the basics were the same. Behavior analysis is everywhere.

She attended the University of the Pacific where she continued on her diverse path of behavior analysis by earning a Masters degree in Psychology with a breadth of experience including Behavioral Medicine, Psychopharmacology, and Biofeedback. She has worked within a variety of disciplines but shifted her focus to Applied Behavior Analysis with those with Intellectual Disabilities and/or Mental Health Disorders ranging from youth through adulthood in locations such as homes, schools, group homes, and state facilities.
Over the course of her experiences she found joy in the assurance of quality services and growth through the systematic review of processes, streamlining of procedures and training, and interdepartmental cooperation. Team work makes the dream work and she's excited to be a part of the Love 2 Learn family.
In her free time she enjoys traveling, fitness, spending time with her friends and family, brunching, and binge-watching good shows. Her personal passion is for everyone to see that behavior analysis is everywhere but it's not everything and to remember to stay curious, clever, compassionate, and classy.

Nicole Rodrigues, M.S., BCBA
Clinical Strategist
Nicole Rodrigues attended Vanguard University of Southern California where she received her BA in Psychology & Sociology in 2007. She then received her MS in Clinical Psychology from there as well in 2009. Nicole began her career in Behavior Analysis as a BI/PC in 2009 and continued to advance in the profession.

Nicole became certified in February of 2015 and holds her BCBA. She completed her MFT intern hours and plans on sitting for her license in early 2016. Currently, Nicole runs Developmental Evaluations for children under the age of 3. Nicole enjoys attending CALABA annually to stay up to date with advances in the field as well as talking with colleagues about best practices and field advancements daily.

Ana Salgado, M.A., BCBA
Director of Clinical Development
Ana received her BA in Women’s Studies and Public Policy with a concentration in Health and Population from the University of California, Riverside in 2012. She attended Florida Institute of Technology where she completed her BCaBA requirements. She went on to receive her MA in Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism in 2016 from Ball State University.

Ana was introduced to the field of Behavior Analysis in 2012 when subbing as Special Education aide and quickly shifted her career aspirations to focus on Behavior Analysis. Since beginning her Behavior Analysis career, Ana has served as a special education classroom aide, behavior technician, behavior interventionist, parent consultant, and clinical supervisor to individuals of various ages. Ana is excited to become a mentor and create support systems for Love 2 Learn staff pursuing their BCBAs.

Director of Administrative Services
June has over 10 years of experience in the field of administration within various industries and has worked extensively in administration throughout her professional career. As Director of Administrative Services, she is responsible for encompassing developing infrastructure, analyzing current processes, and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations. She also provides input on recruiting and employee relations, information technology as well as managing our scheduling department and front office.

June believes that administration is the back-bone of the daily business operations. In carrying out her responsibility as Director of Administrative Services, her goal is to ensure that the entire administrative function is strategically aligned with all other business functions and supports the successful creation, launch, execution and sustainability of Love 2 Learn and all it has to offer. June values participation in community with memberships in professional groups such as Cal Chambers, PIHRA, Connect: Professional Women’s Network, Project Management Community and National Association of Professional Women.

For the last 9+ years, Michele has focused her career in ABA administrative services, founding ABA Therapy Billing and Insurance Services, a nationally recognized Autism Services billing, consulting, and credentialing company as well as MKS Consulting LLC where she provides remote and on-site auditing, training, and education providing in-depth risk assessments for providers to support compliance and profitability of their practice. With tighter regulations on healthcare services, providers need to know when they are at risk for non-compliance and remain out of harm’s way of fraudulent activity. Helping those at Love 2 Learn find that peace of mind is her goal.

Ariana LeBrun Collier, M.S., OTR/L
Director of Related Services
Ariana, a licensed and registered occupational therapist, graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Spanish at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008. She began to realize her interest in pursuing a clinical profession goal when she worked as a behavior interventionist working with children ages 2-17.

She went on to obtain her Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills. As an Occupational Therapist, she has fully realized her goal to be a clinician that helps children be as independent and successful as possible, while working closely with parents to meet every families’ individual needs. Ariana is a member of the state and national occupational therapy associations, and plans to stay involved by attending annual conferences to stay up-to-date with the most current evidence-based practice that can be applied to her treatments.

Cristen Antal, M.A.,CCC-SLP
Lead Speech Language Pathologist
Cristen Antal is licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist by the state of California and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2016. She has a passion for working with children and has had extensive experience with kids of all ages (early intervention, preschool, elementary, middle school level) in the hospital, private practice, and school settings. She is trained in Level 1 of the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and promotes multimodal (gestures, pictures, verbal) communication.

Cristen enjoys providing education to parents and supporting families by providing compassion and a variety of strategies to facilitate communication. She remains active in the community by regularly attending conferences to further her skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist and by singing with the Pacific Chorale as a volunteer.

Ruben received his BA in Psychology from California State University Long Beach in 2007. He attended Alliant International University and received his MA in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2010. Ruben completed his Behavior Analysis online coursework from University of North Texas and became a BCBA in 2016. Since beginning his Behavior Analysis career Ruben has served as a behavior interventionist, parent consultant, and clinical supervisor to individuals of various ages. In addition to supporting our families and staff in our North Region, Ruben runs the Lead Behavior Interventionist program at Love 2 Learn, providing mentorship and support for the continued growth of BI’s. When asked why he has stayed committed to Love 2 Learn as long as he has. Ruben shared, it's the little things, the way Love 2 Learn shows they genuinely care. Ruben is one that chooses his words carefully and so when he talks all listen.

Tracy Sharkey, BCBA
Regional Director of West Orange County
Tracy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over thirteen years of experience designing, implementing, and supervising individualized programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities. She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 2007 and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior, with a minor in Education from UC Irvine in 2004. She then went on to pursue her passion in Applied Behavior Analysis and obtained her BCBA in September 2010. Throughout her clinical experience, her positions included Behavior Therapist, Parent Consultant, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, and Director of Training.

She obtained her first experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities as a Social Skills Therapist through Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s (CHOC’s) Cuidar Program. From there, she gained further experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis across a variety of environments, including the home, community, school, clinic, and daycare settings. She is skilled in staff training and development and has extensive experience in Pivotal Response Treatment. In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding, and playing beach volleyball.
