Renee Suss Keisman, M.A.T., BCBA

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Renee Suss Keisman is the founder and owner of Love 2 Learn, a multidisciplinary practice of ABA, ST and OT. Over the last 11 years Renee has grown Love 2 Learn to be an award winning agency within Southern California.  Love 2 Learn has been recognized as Orange County Register’s Top Places to Work for the last 3 years. We were honored to be a recipient of a Staff Satisfaction award from the BHCOE in 2018. Our culture has matured in the last decade to attract and maintain a team that believes in reliability, a commitment to excellence, high ethical standards and a relational experience.

Investing in the growth and support of staff through mentor-ship in research partnerships, designing and executing conference presentations, developing new social learning programs, and building new education programs to meet the needs of our clients and clinical evolution has been Renee’s passion. She ensures that the company stays current and engaged in the industry.   Staying curious and teachable is one of the company's core values that Renee champions access to: some of our current explorations include relationships with Industry Experts in Revenue Cycle, Organizational Behavior Management, Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Leadership.

Kennedy Krieger Institute is where Renee obtained her initial training in the role of a Special Education Teacher in1998. She then completed her Behavior Analytic coursework from the University of North Texas and earned her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2007.  After assisting Dr. Kathy Niager in growing a clinic and private practice for Trellis Services, Renee relocated with her family to the west coast in 2008, and founded Love 2 Learn Consulting with the goal of providing naturalistic and motivationally based clinical services in Applied Behavior Services.  The need for quality services continues to push Love 2 Learn to expand both geographically and clinically. Renee has a passion to create experiences for staff, families and learners that nourishes at multiple levels. 

 

Presenting and disseminating Applied Behavior Analysis at the top of Renee’s favorite things to do.  She has presented at state and national conferences on various subjects such as staff training, best practices in the development of communication and data collection procedures, RBT Training, to just name a few.  Spending time with her family that includes: 1 husband, 1 daughter, 2 parents, brother, 4 legged children, and adopted L2L adults. Feeling connected to people and work is Renee’s sweet spot.

Nicole Rodrigues, M.S., BCBA

Clinical Strategist

Nicole Rodrigues attended Vanguard University of Southern California where she received her BA in Psychology & Sociology in 2007. She then received her MS in Clinical Psychology from there as well in 2009. Nicole began her career in Behavior Analysis as a BI/PC in 2009 and continued to advance in the profession.

 

Nicole became certified in February of 2015 and holds her BCBA. She completed her MFT intern hours and plans on sitting for her license in early 2016. Currently, Nicole runs Developmental Evaluations for children under the age of 3. Nicole enjoys attending CALABA annually to stay up to date with advances in the field as well as talking with colleagues about best practices and field advancements daily.

Ana Salgado, M.A., BCBA

Director of Clinical Development

Ana received her BA in Women’s Studies and Public Policy with a concentration in Health and Population from the University of California, Riverside in 2012. She attended Florida Institute of Technology where she completed her BCaBA requirements. She went on to receive her MA in Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism in 2016 from Ball State University. Ana was introduced to the field of Behavior Analysis in 2012 when subbing as Special Education aide and quickly shifted her career aspirations to focus on Behavior Analysis.  Since beginning her Behavior Analysis career, Ana has served as a special education classroom aide, behavior technician, behavior interventionist, parent consultant, and clinical supervisor to individuals of various ages. Ana is excited to become a mentor and create support systems for Love 2 Learn staff pursuing their BCBAs.

June Moetului

Director of Administrative Services

June has over 10 years of experience in the field of administration within various industries and has worked extensively in administration throughout her professional career.  As Director of Administrative Services, she is responsible for encompassing developing infrastructure, analyzing current processes, and recommending and implementing procedural or policy changes to improve operations. She also provides input on recruiting and employee relations, information technology as well as managing our scheduling department and front office.

 

 June believes that administration is the back-bone of the daily business operations. In carrying out her responsibility as Director of Administrative Services, her goal is to ensure that the entire administrative function is strategically aligned with all other business functions and supports the successful creation, launch, execution and sustainability of Love 2 Learn and all it has to offer. June values participation in community with memberships in professional groups such as Cal Chambers, PIHRA, Connect: Professional Women’s Network, Project Management Community and National Association of Professional Women. 

Michele Silcox, CMRS

Chief Financial Officer

Michele Silcox, CMRS with her 25+ year Accounting career, quickly learned that the basic principles of Accounting apply across all industries. She developed a keen sense of controls and successfully managed teams of accounting staff in exceeding goals for all levels of back office functions. With her experience and desire to help others, she is a seasoned, natural leader and trainer for employees, executives, and colleagues.

For the last 9+ years, Michele has focused her career in ABA administrative services, founding ABA Therapy Billing and Insurance Services, a nationally recognized Autism Services billing, consulting, and credentialing company as well as MKS Consulting LLC where she provides remote and on-site auditing, training, and education providing in-depth risk assessments for providers to support compliance and profitability of their practice. With tighter regulations on healthcare services, providers need to know when they are at risk for non-compliance and remain out of harm’s way of fraudulent activity. Helping those at Love 2 Learn find that peace of mind is her goal.

REGIONAL DIRECTORS

Ruben Rodriguez, M.A., BCBA

Ruben received his BA in Psychology from California State University Long Beach in 2007. He attended Alliant International University and received his MA in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2010. Ruben was introduced to the field of Behavior Analysis in 2011 and quickly shifted his career aspirations.

 

He completed his Behavior Analysis online coursework from University of North Texas and became a BCBA in 2016. Since beginning his Behavior Analysis career Ruben has served as a behavior interventionist, parent consultant, and clinical supervisor to individuals of various ages. In addition to his work with families, Ruben runs the Lead Behavior Interventionist program at Love 2 Learn, providing mentorship and support for the continued growth of BI’s. 

Glaizzel Garcia, M.Ed., BCBA

Glaizzel completed her Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Psychology at University of California, Irvine in 2008. In 2011, she took an intern position at an ABA agency. From an intern, she became a Behavior Interventionist, Senior Behavior Interventionist and a Parent Consultant. As she continued to immersed herself in ABA and grow clinically, she decided to pursue grad school. She attained her Master’s in Education at Arizona State University in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015 and later became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

 

Glaizzel has primarily worked with children from 1-13 years of age who are diagnosed with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and other related disorders. She has worked in home, clinic, school and community settings. She approaches her program through a global perspective and collaborates with other professionals that directly or indirectly works with the child. Through her years of experience and exposure of ABA, she recognizes the impact of ABA in everyone’s life. She enjoys learning and mentoring future BCBAs. When it comes to learning she believes that it is a process that involves time, application, patience and making errors. With that formula success is born and there are limitless possibilities in life.

 

Glaizzel continues to inform herself with up to date research base methodologies by attending yearly conferences such as CalABA and ABAI, reading research journal articles through JABA and attending monthly CEU meeting provided by Love 2 Learn.

 

Glaizzel's second passion besides touching people’s lives through the utilization of ABA is traveling internationally and staying physically active.

Eduardo E. Espinosa, M.Ed., BCBA

Our Director of Social Learning, Eduardo, attended Vanguard University where he received his Bachelors in Psychology. He then attended Azusa Pacific University where he received his Teaching Credential in Special Education and his Masters in Special Education. He attended University of West Florida to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA.)

 

Eduardo has 12 years of experience working with a wide variety of clientele, from infants to adults across multiple environments. This has allowed him to gain the experience needed to work with multiple demographics of individuals across multiple disabilities and abilities. 

 

Eduardo is an active member of Latino Association of Behavior Analysts (LABA) as well as an active member of California Association of Behavior Analysts (CalABA). He believes every person has the ability to learn, it's up to us to get them there.

Tracy Sharkey, BCBA

Tracy is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over thirteen years of experience designing, implementing, and supervising individualized programs for children and adults with developmental disabilities.  She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 2007 and her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Behavior, with a minor in Education from UC Irvine in 2004.  She then went on to pursue her passion in Applied Behavior Analysis and obtained her BCBA in September 2010.  Throughout her clinical experience, her positions included Behavior Therapist, Parent Consultant, Clinical Supervisor, Clinical Manager, and Director of Training.

 

She obtained her first experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities as a Social Skills Therapist through Children’s Hospital of Orange County’s (CHOC’s) Cuidar Program. From there, she gained further experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis across a variety of environments, including the home, community, school, clinic, and daycare settings. She is skilled in staff training and development and has extensive experience in Pivotal Response Treatment.  In her free time, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family, snowboarding, and playing beach volleyball.

CLINICAL PROGRAM MANAGERS

Aimee E. Filipponi, M.S., BCBA

Aimee E. Filipponi, M.S., BCBA received her Bachelor of Science in Childhood and Adolescent Development from California State University, Fullerton, and her Master’s of Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University. She has completed coursework through Florida Institute of Technology for Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst.

 

Aimee has worked with children and adolescents for twelve years starting out as a preschool teacher, working as a children’s ministry director at Pacific Pointe Church, as well as doing play therapy with emotionally disturbed children at Orange County Head Start. Upon finishing her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology she started working at Love 2 Learn Consulting, LLC as a behavioral therapist serving families in many settings from clinic, home, to preschool.

 

She has served as a Clinical Supervisor and Parental Consultant to families within Love 2 Learn Consulting. Aimee has provided staff training and educational teaching through our Train The Trainers forum. 

Becky Wiens, BCBA, MFT

Becky Wiens received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Redlands and her Masters in Clinical Psychology from California State University, San Bernardino. She has been working with both children and adults with special needs for 30 years. Becky began her career at the Inland Regional Center working with special needs children and their parents.  As the Director of Clinical Training for Love 2 Learn, she oversees supervisors in the home, on-boarding of new clinical staff, the Continuing Education program and the Parent Consultation program, where she runs monthly training and support meetings. Becky has a gift for translating our Behavior Analysis terminology into parent friendly language to help ensure the best experience for all our clients.

Angelina MacDonald, M.S.,MFTI, BCBA

Angelina began her career in behavior analysis in 2006, following her youngest brother’s Autism diagnosis. It became her mission to help her brother, and she quickly realized a passion for helping other children who faced similar challenges. In 2010, she graduated with her Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology from Vanguard University, and later completed BCBA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology. In addition to being a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Angelina is also a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. She plans to focus her practice on families of special needs children, as she knows first hand just how deeply parents and siblings are affected.

 

She specializes in Verbal Behavior, and is trained in social stories, Pivotal Response Training, Play Therapy, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Natural Environment Teaching. Angelina volunteers with several autism organizations and attends annual CalABA conferences. Her brother remains her most powerful inspiration, and her personal connection to those with developmental disabilities makes her uniquely attuned to the needs of families.

Ariana LeBrun Collier, M.S., OTR/L

Director of Related Services

Ariana, a licensed and registered occupational therapist, graduated with Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Spanish at the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2008. She began to realize her interest in pursuing a clinical profession goal when she worked as a behavior interventionist working with children ages 2-17. She went on to obtain her Master of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from California State University, Dominguez Hills. As an Occupational Therapist, she has fully realized her goal to be a clinician that helps children be as independent and successful as possible, while working closely with parents to meet every families’ individual needs. Ariana is a member of the state and national occupational therapy associations, and plans to stay involved by attending annual conferences to stay up-to-date with the most current evidence-based practice that can be applied to her treatments.
